1. Content and Likeness Release:

I grant Inspire DMV the right to use, reproduce, distribute, and display any content I provide, including but not limited to photos, videos, text, and audio recordings of my food truck, menu items, or myself. This includes using such content for promotional purposes across various media platforms.

2. Accuracy of Information:

I confirm that all information provided in this form is accurate and complete to the best of my knowledge. I understand that providing false or misleading information may result in the termination of my participation in the marketplace.

3. Compliance with Regulations:

I agree to comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations related to food service, health and safety standards, and business operations. I understand that it is my responsibility to maintain all necessary licenses and permits.

4. Insurance Requirements:

I confirm that I have appropriate business and liability insurance coverage for my food truck operations. I understand that Inspire DMV does not provide insurance coverage for participating vendors.

5. Indemnification:

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Inspire DMV, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from my participation in the marketplace or any breach of this agreement.

6. Independent Contractor Status:

I acknowledge that I am an independent contractor and not an employee of Inspire DMV. I am responsible for my own taxes, insurance, and business operations.

7. Modification of Terms:

I understand that Inspire DMV reserves the right to modify the terms of participation in the marketplace and will provide notice of any significant changes.

8. Termination:

I acknowledge that Inspire DMV reserves the right to terminate my participation in the marketplace at any time, with or without cause.
